Consultations

In-person or on-line, we offer convenient ways for you to communicate the scope of your project, you’r budget, aesthetics, and other important factors before starting your design. We will discuss you or your companies needs and find solutions to all challenges.

Project Management

From start to finish, let SMart Designs be your only point of contact. We will make sure all the details are handled for you. If you have any notes, let us know and we will make it a priority to address, handle, and follow up on each item.

Mood Boards

These creative tools help us communicate basic design scopes. We gather images that stylistically match your aesthetics, compose them with color, scale, texture, importance, and scope. These are the broad building blocks we will use to get us to our final design.

Plans

Ground plans, Elevations, Sections, Site plans, layouts, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical; We are happy to facilitate any of your drafting needs. Each set of plans will have colorized layers (which can easily turn off) that makes understanding complex layers much easier. We will make sure you have a pdf copy to use anywhere from your mobile device to your office computer and more. SMart Designs can import and adapt most files as well.

3D Renderings

We specialize in 3D Rendering. Don’t be intimidated. We use this wonderful tool to help us both communicate the fine details so we are always on the same page. And when we have remote discussions, they are a great way of keeping all parties on track. In update meetings, we can share images and compare them to the renderings to showcase the exciting progress made.

Design Coordination

Budget is always first on most companies minds. Our Coordinators will keep up to date budgets with weekly reporting. But this service is more than just the financial. With vendors, deliveries, permits, site visits; all the day to day scheduling will be handled by our skilled team of specialists. They will be your lifeline in the event that life gets bumpy along the way.
